Riff doesn't hear me

• Check that Riff has microphone and speech recognition access in iPhone Settings → Riff.
• In a noisy car, say the command on its own, after a short pause.
• If the car's speakers set off commands, turn on “Require ‘Hey Riff’” in Riff's settings.

Report a riff or block someone

• Report: press and hold the riff (or tap ⋯ on Now Playing) → Report. You stop hearing it right away, and we review every report within 24 hours.
• Block: open the person's profile → ⋯ → Block. Their riffs and comments disappear for you. Unblock any time in You → Blocked.
• Something urgent? Email victor@pianopianotherestaurant.com.

Delete my data

Email victor@pianopianotherestaurant.com from any address and include the display name you use in Riff. We'll delete your account and listening history within 30 days.
